1. Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Physical Products: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within [15/30] days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Services: Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within [7] days of service completion.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at Refund@oretechau.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Any supporting evidence (photos/screenshots, if applicable)

3. Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days] to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Refund@oretechau.com.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
