Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped in 1 to 3 weeks depending on inventory on hand . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance for international orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside the United States. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible if a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
